Our Shopcade Fashion Correspondents Analise & Sophie hit Global Gathering and here’s how it went down! Find out more from Sophie on her time there, who she was raving with and of course, what she was wearing…

“I was lucky enough to gain press access to ‘Global Gathering’ festival and attend on behalf of Shopcade. And boy, what a cracking festival it was! I didn’t get the tickets till two days before so it was a manic rush to raid my wardrobe and find the perfect festival looks before the big day – a fashionista’s gotta plan her outfit eh?!

I opted for the perfect festival footwear – a pair of Caterpillar boots in original brown suede; comfy yet fashionable footwear. You need comfy shoes when you’re at a weekend festival as you’re on your feet non-stop all day and you also gotta think about the weather and Cat boots are perfect if there’s mud.

On my top half I wore ASOS’s mesh tee with a black bra and high-waist pants underneath. I absolutely love the 90s mesh trend that’s taken over this SS14, it adds ‘edge’ to your style, something I try and work into all my looks. If you know me well, you’ll know I love over-accessorizing, so I worked a body chain into my outfit to finish off my look. Body chains have crept in as a late summer fashion trend but I just love them as they go with absolutely everything. That was only day one’s outfit! On day two I kept it simple and put on my fave oversized Adidas print tee – I wanted to go with more of a sporty vibe this time; another dominant trend.

After styling Carolyn Malachi for her music video, “All Right” Shopcade has partnered with the Grammy nominated artist again to dress her for an upcoming appearance on the television show “The Daily Buzz.”

In this mission starting Tuesday, July 16 Shopcade stylists will search through thousands of fashionable pieces on Shopcade to build the perfect summer look for Carolyn to wear when she launches her new album, Gold.

In this challenge instead of deleting items to create the perfect look Shopcade stylists will build their own keeping in mind some of Carolyn’s favorite brands, her personal style, and summer trends.

Hint: A few brands stylists might want to check out are ASOS, ModCloth and Ann Taylor — among others.

The winning stylist will not only get to see their look on Carolyn on “The Daily Buzz” but also take it home for themselves!

Style Carolyn now!

Shopcade Stylist For A Day: Carolyn Malachi Debuts “All Right”

The look was picked, the video was shot, and here it is!

After receiving hundreds of submissions Carolyn and her team selected the look put together on Shopcade by Sam Thomas for her new music video for “All Right.”

Her stylists used that selected look as inspiration for their styling in the video. They used elements from Sam’s Caché dress pick including the strong black one-shoulder, fitted torso, and prominent purple print for their dress selection from Linda Asaf. Carolyn also sported a woven Ettika bracelet like the one chosen by Sam. The look was both strong and soft, exactly what Carolyn and her team were looking for!

Here is Carolyn on set in the look:

The winner will not only see their look on Carolyn but win it for themselves!

Check the Shopcade homepage on Monday for all the details!
