3 ways to wear leather shorts: 1: Black on Black | 2: Colour pop brights! | 3. Monochrome chic
One of our Faces from last month fashion blogger Constance Victoria, is a designer and photographer who, along with her friends, has created the brand Aztral.
Here, Constance tells us three ways to wear her black leatherette shorts in time for Spring/Summer as well as a few more questions about her upcoming new collection currently being manufactured…
What inspires you and the design team?
The design team and I have been hugely inspired by a mixture of minimalist shapes and streetwear culture to come up with a cool and contemporary mix of the two. We are a home for modern style without the pretentious terms and conditions. East London imagination merges with monochrome silhouettes and simplicity to present fashion that sets a rebellious, yet polished outcome. We like to emulate a high fashion impression in an accessible, urban and adventurous way.
Sum up your style in three words.
Minimal, sporty, contemporary
What piece of style advice would you give to others?
Wear what makes you feel good! Don’t worry about sticking to trends or fitting in with the fashion crowd. As long as you feel good in something then you probably look good too!
Constance’s 3 ways to wear: Leatherette Shorts
1. Black on black
When in doubt, head into the black zone! This all-in-black look will match any accessory. Gold was chosen for this look to keep it chic and simple. Wear with converse for a day time casual look for chilling in the park.
2. Colour pop brights!
Team the shorts with a pop of colour – I’m loving cobalt blue at the moment, and this jacket is perfect to pull on when the evening chill sets in. Spring bling and polkadots are ideal for this fresh look; perfect for a drink down the pub!
3. Monochrome chic
I’m loving stripes and sportswear so this is a perfect match! Team your of-the-moment varsity bomber with a turtleneck, our leatherette shorts and some slip on plimsolls.
